DON'T NOD recherche un.e Global Product Manager F/H/X afin de renforcer son équipe Marketing. - Rattaché.e à la Head of Product Management du groupe, et en collaboration avec l'ensemble des équipes Marketing, Communication et Publishing, vous êtes responsable de la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie et des tactiques de promotion des jeux produits par notre studio. - À ce titre, vous prenez en charge la gestion de projet complète des supports de promotions du jeu (logos, trailers, artworks...), qu'ils soient produits en interne par les équipes créatives ou via des partenaires et agences. - Vous prenez part à construire la marque du jeu et son écosystème, son positionnement, afin d'élaborer une stratégie et un plan marketing et communication pertinent au regard du marché ciblé, conjointement avec le reste du département mais aussi avec les équipes créatives de chaque jeu. - Vous suivez également la mise en oeuvre de toutes les actions marketing, y compris en élaborant et suivant les budgets et les plannings opérationnels, et mettez en place des partenariats. - En recherche constante d'amélioration, vous effectuez non seulement une veille concurrentielle, mais aussi sur des nouveaux outils et tendances marketing qui permettront d'être agile, approfondir notre connaissance du marché. Job description: This position is available anywhere in France, working from home or in the 19th district of Paris. DON'T NOD is looking for a Global Product Manager to strengthen its Marketing team. - Reporting to the Head of Product Management of the group, and in collaboration with all the Marketing, Communication and Publishing teams, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy and tactics for promoting the games produced by our studio. - You will oversee the complete project management of the game's promotional materials (logos, trailers, artworks...), whether they are produced internally by the creative teams or via partners and agencies. - You will take part in building the game's brand and its ecosystem, its positioning, to develop a strategy and a marketing and communication plan relevant to the target market, along with the rest of the department but also with the creative teams of each game. - You will also follow up on executing all marketing actions, including building and monitoring budgets and operational schedules, and setting up partnerships. - In constant search of improvement, you will keep an eye on the competition and new marketing tools and trends that will allow us to be agile and deepen our knowledge of the market. **Qualifications**: - Issu.e d'une formation type Bac+5 (marketing, école de commerce), vous justifiez d'au moins 4/5 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions similaires. - Généraliste du marketing, vous savez impérativement mener, dans leur intégralité, des projets de lancement de jeux vidéo, avec créativité - Doté.e d'un excellent relationnel, vous aimez communiquer et partager avec les équipes de développement et savez prendre en considération les spécificités et contraintes des plans de production. - Vous êtes ainsi à l'aise avec la gestion et l'optimisation des budgets, la création d'assets promotionnels et le maintien des relations avec les agences et les différents partenaires. - Idéalement, vous avez une vraie sensibilité "Marketing ROI" et maitrisez le pilotage d'achat media en performance advertising. - Amené.e à développer notre stratégie marketing à l'international, vous êtes bilingue en anglais et maîtrisez, de fait, la langue tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. - Passionné.e, vous avez une affinité particulière pour les jeux vidéo et les jeux DON'T NOD. - Dynamique et créatif.ve, vous savez faire preuve d'agilité et vous adapter rapidement à toutes situations, ainsi qu'adapter vos tactiques marketing. - Votre force de conviction, votre relationnel et votre esprit d'équipe sont autant d'atouts pour ce poste. Desired profile: - You have at least 4/5 years of experience in similar positions, with a marketing or business school degree. - As a marketing generalist, you can manage video game launch projects entirely while being creative. - You have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy communicating and sharing with development teams and know how to consider the specificities and constraints of production plans. - You are comfortable managing and optimizing budgets and have a "Marketing ROI" mindset. - You are able to manage media buying and performance advertising activities. - You are bilingual in English and have a particular affinity for video games and DON'T NOD games. - Dynamic and creative, you know how to be agile and adapt quickly to all situations and your marketing tactics.
