We at P2P.org are the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $9B

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We are actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for exchanges, custodians, and banks

**You will**:

- Develop High-Performance Systems
- Design and implement robust blockchain components in Rust
- Optimize transaction pipelines for low latency and high throughput
- Blockchain Integration
- Work with execution and consensus tools such as Reth and Lighthouse.
- Scalability and Optimization
- Enhance algorithms for transaction processing and block building.
- Solve performance challenges in distributed systems.
- Innovation and Exploration
- Research and implement advanced technologies like TEE, MPC, and FHE for privacy and security.
- Push boundaries by experimenting with innovative cryptographic and infrastructure solutions.

**You have**:

- Technical Expertise
- Rust Proficiency: 3+ years of experience with performance-critical systems.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum architecture and blockchain infrastructure.
- Experience with tools like Reth and Lighthouse.
- Optimization Focus
- Proven ability to design low-latency, high-throughput systems.
- Strong background in asynchronous programming and concurrency.
- Problem Solving and Curiosity
- Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex technical challenges.
- Interest in privacy technologies and cryptographic methods like TEE and FHE.
- Preferred Skills (Bonus):

- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source projects or involvement in blockchain communities.
