**Scope**: Global ES

**Mission**:
Manage the Global Demand Planning for Discovery by aggregating the regional demand plans in order to provide accurate forecasts to global suppliers, especially Bayer.

**Key tasks & responsibilities**:

- Collect demand plans from the regions and challenge the plans vs Sales forecast and business plans.
- Aggregate the regional demand plans in one global planning.
- Convert the Global demand plan in AI equivalent and alert on any deviations compared to AI ranges in the supply agreements.
- Perform specific analysis to manage allocations.
- Make sure that orders placed by the region are aligned with the demand plan and manage any deviations.
- Ensure alignment in the way-of-working (processes, tools, systems, reports) between all planners.
- Shape demand plan to meet inventory and financial targets.
- Perform specific analysis to manage allocations.
- Provide AI forecast to AI suppliers.

**Who you are ?**
- Superior Degree on Business Administration; MBA or Master's in supply chain management
- APICS certification is a plus
- 3+ years cumulative experience in Global Supply Chain Management with international experience.
- Key competencies | Customer Focus, Strategic and Digital Mindset, Drives Results, Drives Vision & Purpose, Manages Ambiguity.
- Excellent multicultural management and communication, organization, influencing & coaching skills.
- Fluent in English other languages is a plus.
- Microsoft office Expertise, especially Excel, MS Dynamics and PowerBI is a plus.
