**Environmental Science - CDI - SC Systems & Process Expert (all genders)**

The job holder is the key contact of EMEA Region for all material Master Data related topics in close contact with Country local organizations, Supply Chain functions, Support functions and Master Data community. Within the regional Supply Chain (SC), the Job holder leads the Material Master Data management in the appropriate tools (PMC-Dynamics, SKU-Dynamics, MS365) in regard to technical and quality aspects. She/he also guarantees the consistency, efficacy and reliability of the IT flows within regional SC and brings expertise to the team. She/he operates in various business models: local business, Inter-Company Business, Purchasing from third parties - trade or tolling. She/he reports to the Industrial Manager.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Participate to the Portfolio Management Committee (PMC) and validate the material code archetype workflows.
- Create article code (raw material, bulk, finish good, packaging material, services, specific items) for the regional market in MS365.
- Ensure the local maintenance of the material codes in MS365.
- Maintain and update the Last Date of Sales on article level according to Business/Regulatory decision.
- Initiate or coordinate the phase-out of materials identified by the Streamlining process. Follow-up the process until the end.
- Train ES SC EMEA end users to the material master record information.
- Anticipate and deal with the difficulties met by the ES SC EMEA users, as the first level. Solve by him-self or ensure external IT Support commitment, implement adequate solution.
- Monitor the performance of material Master Data : number of creations, average lead time, phase-in versus phase-out, etc.

**Value added to the success of the company - what are the main objectives of the function?**
- Ensure the readiness and the quality of Material Master Data to ensure launches of new products or to ensure business continuity.
- Contribute to the implementation of new business scenario by bringing her/his expertise in Supply Chain flows and constraints.
- Guarantee the consistency, the reliability, and the efficiency of master data for new product or service but also through the life cycle.

**Who you are**:

- Master with minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Master Data
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 strong knowledge
- Good Supply Chain knowledge
- Reactivity and flexibility together with a strong ability to prioritize are key for the position
- Good customer orientation
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Ability to train (be pedagogue)
- Leadership for team Coordination and cross-functional projects
- High adaptability in order to understand, implement and manage quickly any new system
