**What you’ll do**:
As our Internal Communications Officer Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping CoachHubbers connect with our mission, values, and leadership. This isn’t just about Slack updates, it’s your opportunity to shape employee experience and build culture at scale from day one.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Internal Comms Strategy: Support our global plan; align messaging with company priorities and drive transparency
- Content Creation: Help draft, edit, and coordinate content for Slack, Intranet, Town Halls, newsletters, and presentations
- Channel Management: Assist in optimising our internal platforms (Slack, Intranet, newsletters, etc.)
- Campaign Execution: Contribute to engagement-driven communications campaigns tied to culture, values, and business initiatives
- Change & Leadership Comms: Partner with leadership to craft strategic messaging during change moments
- People & Org Initiatives: Support People Team communications around HR programs and engagement activities
- Feedback & Reporting: Collect employee feedback and help analyse communications performance
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all internal messages reflect CoachHub’s tone, style, and visual identity

**What we’re looking for**:

- Passion for communications & people: You care about culture, engagement, and belonging
- Strong written & verbal skills: Excellent English, meticulous proofreading, the ability to adjust tone for different audiences
- Eagerness to learn: You’re curious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, global environment
- Organised multitasker: Comfortable juggling competing priorities and managing projects
- Collaborative & digitally savvy: A team-player who’s comfortable with Slack, intranet tools, and online content platforms

**Academic foundation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, HR, Marketing, or related fields**:
