**JOB OVERVIEW**
Free2Move North America is looking for a Business Planner as part of our growing operations in the US. This dynamic role will work collaboratively with the VaaS, DaaS, Car Sharing, and Car On Demand business teams to overcome challenges and find solutions. The Business Planner is responsible for assuming program management and business process responsibility for the Free2move North America organization.
**MAIN DUTIES**
- Support the development and implementation of Free2move operational strategies and processes for all facets of business including VaaS, DaaS, Car-sharing / Car
- on Demand and more
- Lead coordination on projects between North America and Global region
- Consult on business expansion plans and support business development
- Prepare business proposals and presentations where necessary
- Ensure business is consistent with key organizational goals and metrics
- Lead relevant operational initiatives, and special projects
- Support in forecasting and budget plans
**EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
- Strong leadership behaviors to lead high level and larger group initiatives
- Full understanding of business and organizational structure, processes, goals and responsibilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in rental or fleet management company preferred
- Demonstrated experience documenting and analyzing workflows, and initiating process improvements.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment and to actively promote collaboration & teamwork and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Energetic and success oriented.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
