**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
**Within the Group,** **you will join the Group Underwriting Office (GUO) in the P&C Commercial UW department.**The GUO was created in 2023 to steer the performance of our insurance portfolio and support our reinforced focus on technical excellence. The platform also contributes to define our global ambition and approach to new emerging risks related to the energy transition and cyber in the coming years.
Within this Department, **you will be part of the P&C Commercial UW team.**
**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
Main responsibilities of the role are (not exclusively):
- IAE calculation tool
- Will be supporting a senior colleague on this project during the deployment/implementation phase and the adoption of the tool by entities.
- Adaptation services advice video project on specific peril - WS2
- In collaboration with AXA Germany, the goal is to create a teaser-video and longer video to share flood adaptation services advice developed by a Competency center in Germany. We intend to do two videos for two different audiences, Retail and Commercial clients.
- In charge of writing the script and creating the video using the tool Synthesia.
- In charge of the coordination of the project.
- Engage with other entities interested by the project on a dedicated peril.
- PlanNet Forum follow-up support in building the actions plans and next underwriting insurance strategy (including communication and PlanNet Newsletter)
- Close the Claims Library projects on “emerging risks” such as recycled material in construction
- Develop a library of Claims and ongoing responsibility for structuring and updating materials/resources to the library.
- Support the Launch of the Sustainability UW Training
- Support the launch and follow-up of the foundational program : statistics follow-up, communication materials design, chase for completion
- Support the launch of additional trainings by building new videos with Synthesia e.g. Sustainable Claims
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master degree in Insurance, Sustainability, Economics
- Interest for Climate & Sustainability UW
- Fluent English, French & Spanish are a plus.
