YOUR MISSIONS
The CIO Office is a strategic IT entity within our organization, dedicated to managing activities, projects, financial commitments, and strategic priorities. Our mission is to provide consolidated visibility and enable informed decision-making.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You monitor the progress of major projects, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
You oversee resource allocation and variations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
You track budgets, receipts, and forecasts in real-time to ensure financial control and accountability.
You manage procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of necessary resources and materials.
You implement and monitor KPIs (performance indicators) to improve internal customer satisfaction.
You are involved in contract management related to PMO activities (demand management, commitment, dashboard).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (2nd year) specialized in project management, management, or a similar field.
You have knowledge of project management tools (GANTT or others).
You are proficient in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel).
You have a fluent level of English (reading, writing + interactions with English-speaking colleagues).
You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
You have the ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
