Project Management Officer

**Context**:
Within the commercial department, you will work on the NOVA Business Project, supporting the overall Commercial Transformation at CMA CGM

**Mission**:
Within our CRM sales transformation department & under the responsibility of the project management team, the PMO is responsible for the overall coordination and management of NOVA Business Project within the organization.

This includes developing and implementing project management best practices, providing guidance and support to project teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders, thanks to:
**tight follow-up of project governance**: meetings, minutes, action plans

prompt analysis of situations and restitution through effective presentations

Tasks and responsibilities will evolve during the different phases of the project; therefore, it is important to be agile in terms of work methodology and be a strong team player.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project coordination responsibility for the implementation of CRM as CMA CGM’s in-house Customer Relationship Management system.

Produce presentations supporting project governance & problem solving.

Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that projects are executed according to established project management methodologies.

Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.

Coordinate project resources.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Continuously improve the project management process through ongoing analysis and feedback.

Proven experience in project management and project management methodologies, PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Work experience in matrix environment in large international organizations would be ideal.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment (with internal and external people) ensuring all key drivers of change are understood and integrated.

Strong influential & project management skills coupled with solid communication presentation.

Knowledge of Commercial and/or Operations functions will be an advantage.

Ability to engage a diversity of stakeholders at various levels, strong communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and creativity with the ability to hear everyone’s opinions.

Proficient in PowerPoint to synthetize complex messages in a simple manner.

Ability to handle stress and work with a multi-cultural team across geographies.

Ethics, integrity and respect for the confidentiality of information.

Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering is preferred.
