You will supervise all DeepOcean Africa crewing matters. Day to day coordination, planning, organization and administration of the offshore & onshore crew, with all the practical tasks implied.

You will report to Vessels & Operations Manager.

You will be responsible, together with the discipline line managers, to make sure that a crew is composed to meet Company and Client’s specifications in addition to local rules and regulations.

Key Tasks
Supervise and coordinate Deepocean Africa (DOAF) Crewing matters (ROV/Projects)
Supervise the crewing assistant
Establish and maintain offshore schedules
Ensure that all personnel are in compliance with company’s / project’s requirements and policies
before joining a vessel
Monitor with the relevant projects to ensure all requirements are met for crewmembers
Responsible for crew changes, including visa arrangements, travel and accommodation.
Work with Projects Managers to replace personnel if crew members are absent or sick
Work closely with agencies and DO Group resources
Ensure that relevant documents (CV, Certificates, Course diplomas, Personal information etc.) for all crew are kept up to date in the personnel files and personnel system (Excel, OCS, Netsuite, etc.)
Ensure that the activities for all crew are kept up to date in the personnel system.
Ensure that offshore personnel have training courses booked

**Main internal stakeholders**: Crewing Assistant, Project Managers, Vessel & Operations Manager, Country Managers/Onshore Coordinators, DO Group Resources

**Main external stakeholders**: Flight suppliers, Manning agencies, Visa suppliers

Key Measurables
Utilization of offshore crew in existing pool
Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
Provide technical support In Crewing Department
Ensure timely distribution of mission files
Key Behaviours
Take initiative such that the Company is with suitable competent personnel to ensure operational compliance and customer’ satisfaction, and follow up and support line leaders in personnel related matters
Act as a role model for good work ethics and behavior in the crewing department and otherwise guide and instruct the crewing assistant when necessary and appropriate
Be responsive to requests from offshore crew
Contribute to a good working environment
Education, Qualifications and Experience
French & english proficiency (spoken, written)
Experience with movement of personnel
3-5 years experience within an HR related role
Service Minded
Excellent communication skills
Leadership skills (required)
Self-starter and able to work under pressure
Proven flexible, independent and reliable
French and English proficiency - written and oral
