We are looking for a Consumables (Single-Use) Technology Engineer for our PD SU Technology FMT Department. This position is based in Aubagne (France).

**Grow with us - Your Responsibilities**
- Manage in terms of objectives, quality, costs and deadlines Product development projects to develop new technology or platform or to provide a proven feasibility of a concept.
- Support the development and maintenance of products through extended knowledge of the performance requirements, including all aspects of the product design criteria, manufacturability, product function and customer needs.
- Support the rest of the organization when specific technical expertise is required, by documenting data, proposing technical solutions and participating in root cause analysis.
- Maintain a technology watch for FMT consumables key technologies.
- Support the organization's intellectual property strategy by documenting data and independent, unique and patentable ideas that results from experimentations and concept generation activities
- Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally-friendly workplace by observing Company's procedures and corresponding regulations

**What will convince us**
- Academic degree in Engineering or Science, Master degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product design and development with a solid understanding of the product lifecycle
- Able to identify, break down and solve a variety of difficult technical problems
- Strong aptitude for hands-on engineering testing and experimentation in a lab/shop environment
- Proactive and able to identify priorities to achieve end target in time
- Disciplined and well-organized in documentation (plans, requirements, drawings, design reviews, and test methods)
- Experience working with ISO requirements and other relevant guidelines and regulations
- Knowledge of statistical methods and analysis
- Team player with good communication skills + Fluent in French and in English
