- Working for the two One Europe _**_Retail & Digital _**_Directors, you will occupy a strategic and transversal role, at the heart of the omnichannel business animation of 14 European markets. This position requires a high degree of autonomy, the ability to structure your priorities in a demanding environment, and a keen analytical mind. Your ability to ask questions when you do not understand, to anticipate needs and to structure your work will be essential to your success. You will be expected to be a true coordinator capable of bringing value proactively.**_Your main missions: _**
- **_Pilot and monitor Retail & Digital projects on a European scale _**_, in collaboration with the 14 countries: coordinate, act as an information relay and encourage alignment of good practices between the markets; _**_ensure the fluidity of communication and the sharing of key information between the markets _**_, in particular through internal newsletters, weekly meetings or sharing of best practices; _
- **_Collaborate with various interlocutors _**_, from multiple functions (HR, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, IT) and different cultures, in a stimulating international context;- **_Reporting: _**
- **_Build, analyze and synthesize frequent reports _**_(Retail & e-commerce), with a critical eye on performance, and the gaps between countries _
- **_Develop a fine understanding of KPIs and their role in operational management _**_, while gaining height of view on business issues on a European scale. _
- **_Propose and structure new monitoring or piloting tools _**_, according to the needs of the department (e.g.: KPI dashboards, market review templates, action plan maps, etc.); _
- **_Strategic support _**
- **_Formatting strategic supports for Directors' presentations _**_(business reviews, budget committees, benchmarks, seminars, best practices), with rigor, attention to detail and ability to simplify messages. _
- **_Take ownership of Retail and digital reports _**_(KPI performance, best practices, ad hoc surveys) and analyze through these data the impact of various actions and programs on the business;**_Other tasks _**
- **_Participate in the organization of European events _**_, such as Retail & Digital leaders meetings, by coordinating content, logistics and interactions between participants; _
- **_Carry out internal and external benchmarks _**_(competitive intelligence, market analyzes, innovative initiatives in retail or digital), with a results-oriented approach; _
- **_Set up and monitor internal surveys _**_(qualitative or quantitative surveys, feedback on tools or processes), and present the results in the form of a strategic synthesis;- This position will offer you a unique immersion at the heart of European Retail & Digital issues, in an environment where operational excellence, innovation, a sense of collectivity and agility are at the heart of the culture. - _Fluent English, a second language a plus; _
- _Comfortable with office automation, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; _
