**MISSIONS**:
En tant que Responsable du pôle Product (E-Commerce), vous aurez pour principales missions:

- **Vision & Stratégie Produit** : Définir et ajuster la vision produit avec les fondateurs et le CEO, établir les objectifs clés (OKR) et les KPI pour suivre la performance.
- **Gestion & Delivery **:Assurer la mise œuvre de la vision et de la stratégie d’un point de vue opérationnel / pilotage de la roadmap / synchronisation avec les parties prenantes (marketing, tech, data.)
- **Méthodologie Produit** : Créer la stack product et les rituels pour optimiser les process de delivery (documentation, design, suivi projet, data...) ; s’assurer de la pertinence des process internes pour assurer l’efficacité opérationnelle (marketing, service client...)
- **Workshops & Connaissance utilisateur**: Animer des workshops design, collecter et analyser la data sur les utilisateurs et le marché.
- **Refonte des sites e-commerce**: Optimiser le funnel d’achat pour améliorer les conversions.
- **Lancement de nouvelles fonctionnalités** : Améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et booster lesperformances commerciales.
- **Analyse de la Data**: Collecter et analyser les données utilisateurs, produits et marché pour guider les décisions.
- **Management** : développement de l’équipe Product (recrutement de PM, PR Designer...)

D’autres missions peuvent s’ajouter en fonction du profil.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous avez minimum **7 ans d’expériences sur la fonction Product** dont **3-5 ans a un poste de Lead PM ou équivalent**:

- **Sensibilité Tech et UX Design** : Vous êtes capable de piloter le développement et l’évolution de la plateforme (front/back) tout en intégrant les objectifs stratégiques définis
- Expérience privilégiée sur plateformes mobiles, **E-Commerce**:

- **Outils**: Figma, Sketch, Google Analytics, Looker Studio,Shopify Content Square, ainsi que de l'ERP Odoo
- Un + si vous avez des connaissances sur la méthodologie OKR
- Un + si vous maîtrisez Prestashop.
- Un + si vous maîtrisez l’anglais/l’espagnol
- Vous vous adaptez à un environnement jeune et très agile

**MODALITÉS**:

- Package selon profil et expérience : 60K€-80K€
- Localisation : Marseille (flex remote)
- Prise de poste idéale : Janvier 2025
