**Job Description**:

- Ensures the operational maintenance and evolution of environment, according to service and security standards (Internal standard, PCI-DSS, ISO, ISAE 3402).
- Ensures for the ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Systems infrastructure based on business requirements and adhering to tight operations, security, and procedural models
- Ensures internal technical support on VTOF environment for both Linux & Windows System.
- Acts as a part of the projects of the direction.
- Ensures that all change record documentation is prepared and completed as required.
- Ensures the requirements for lifecycle planning of service assets such as documentation, software and hardware assets of an organisation, system and/or service(s) are followed and implemented (Includes information relating to those assets and their dependencies and relationships).
- Ensures the requirements for the verification of all assets to be in a known state and location ensuring no unauthorised assets, such as unlicensed copies of software are followed and implemented.
- Security Remediation process (vulnerability assessment and patch management).
- Work closely with customer support team to communicate the root cause of the outage, duration and recommendations or steps to resolve issues.
- Must have Strong Knowledge & experience in system monitoring techniques and tools supporting unattended operations.
- Ability to operate in complex, highly secure, and highly available, operations environments and interact with the technology domain experts required to maintain those environments.
- Provide automation solutions of manual tasks performed by the team.
- Participating eventually in on-call rotation

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
Reporting to the Architecture, System & Network manager, the System Engineer will be:

- Responsible for all Linux based technology within Tech & Ops France department.
- Assist the Architecture, Systems & Networks Manager in the management of the lifecycle for service assets (hardware, software, knowledge, warranties etc.) including inventory, compliance, usage and disposal, aiming to optimize the availability of the services.
