**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with account setup and tools usage
- Provide customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems
- Prioritize customer queries (functionality feedback) and escalate serious technical issues to Product Management or development team
- Collaborate with our Product and Development Teams to build and to assess new features and fix bugs
- Monitor questions and contribute to our public support forums
- Develop tools collaterals to accelerate the customers ramp up in our technology:

- Demos and examples
- Component libraries using SCADE products
- Customization scripts (Python)
- Develop the trust and respect of customers and team members

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- 2-5 years of experience as a support engineer.
- Technical knowledge and experience in software development tools and languages (C, Python)
- Technical knowledge and experience in Model Based Development tools

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in software tools support
- Knowledge of aerospace or automotive domains is a plus
- Good communication (English mandatory) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team
