Assembly/packaging Engineer

Our opportunity is based at our production site in Chartres.

**Position**:

- Reception and integration of new machines

You will assist the project team to carry out design reviews, FAT tests (as needed), SAT tests and Qualification tests;
You will participate in the arrival and installation of equipment by interfacing with the various departments (WPO, HSE, Utilities, Building, Automation).
- Successful integration of new employees

You will be responsible for the creation and coordination of future operational staff;
You will be a major actor for the sharing of your experience between the Project and the Routine and you will participate in the operational training.
- Operational Excellence/CLEAN® structure in place

You will have as objective the implementation of a simple and efficient visual management throughout the installation and testing operations on our equipment. As well as the implementation of an organization that favours immediate problem solving
- Effective communication and collaboration

You will be a relay of communication of the team with the other packages of the Project, the other departments of the site, the Chartres Management, the other sites
- Innovation

You are curious and you propose the use of any innovative technology that would bring improvements to the process and the Packaging teams

**Qualifications**:

- You have a Master Degree (engineering or pharmacist) and you can justify a significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally acquired in production and in the field of Packaging.
- You have already worked in a project context. You are able to lead and plan projects, you know how to lead a transverse work group.
- You also have good analytical and synthesis skills and you have a solid mastery of continuous improvement tools.
- You are rigorous and autonomous and you are able to communicate effectively with all types of people. You have a good command of English.

**The Department**:
In the current context of site expansion, new assembly and packaging lines (Finished Products Expansion) will have to be installed to meet future market demand.
