Currently, we are looking for an experienced **Product Owner** for **Roosh**.

We are looking for a **Product Owner** to lead the development and growth of a product, working closely with engineering and marketing teams.

**You will**:
- **Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap** aligned with business objectives.
- **Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs** to identify growth opportunities.
- **Develop and prioritize the product backlog**, ensuring alignment with user and business priorities.
- **Work closely with development teams** to translate requirements into well-defined features and enhancements.
- **Test and validate hypotheses**, iterating quickly based on market feedback and data insights.
- **Collaborate with marketing and sales teams** to ensure successful product positioning and go-to-market execution.
- **Monitor key product metrics** (LTV, CAC, Retention, Conversion, etc.) and drive data-driven decision-making.
- **Engage with key stakeholders** to align product direction with business goals and customer expectations.
- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies** to maintain a competitive edge.

**About you**:
- **5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager** in a **product-driven company**.
- Proven track record of **defining and executing product strategies**, especially in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of **product development processes, agile methodologies, and market research techniques**.
- Experience in **go-to-market strategies**, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to work with **data analytics, business models, and financial metrics** to drive growth.
- Hands-on experience in **backlog management, feature prioritization, and hypothesis validation**.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams toward a common vision.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment** with a proactive and strategic mindset.
