We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We are actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for exchanges, custodians, and banks

We're seeking a proactive, self-driven professional who can work independently while aligning closely with the team. You should have a solid background in Data—experience in Blockchain is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
**You Will**
- **Lead the entire lifecycle** of blockchain data products, from initial research and hypothesis testing to launch and monetization.
- ** Conduct market research** and competitive analysis to spot gaps and opportunities within the blockchain data industry.
- ** Define a clear product vision** aligned with industry demands and regulatory trends.
- ** Engage directly with potential clients**—such as audit firms, consulting and tax companies, and businesses with complex financial data needs—to gather insights and integrate feedback into product development.
- ** Test and refine hypotheses** to achieve product-market fit, identifying key metrics that promote adoption and customer satisfaction.
- ** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams** (Data, DevOps, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure a data-driven, customer-focused approach to product creation.
- ** Act as a product evangelist**, representing P2P.org as an innovator in blockchain data both internally and externally.

**Requirements**:
**You Have**
- **Self-Starter with Ownership Mindset**: Ability to work independently, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to execution without needing constant direction.
- ** Proven Product Expertise**: At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a strong understanding of the product development process, especially for data-driven products. A track record of bringing successful products to market is a plus.
- ** Data & Blockchain Knowledge**: Solid experience in data products is essential; a background or understanding of blockchain technology is highly desirable.
- ** Research & Analytical Skills**: Skilled in conducting thorough market and competitor research, and able to identify gaps and product opportunities. Experience in engaging with external research sources is a plus.
- ** Visionary & Strategic Thinking**: Capable of developing a data product vision that aligns with organizational goals, identifying critical data needs such as auditing, transaction data, and customer insights.
- ** Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision, present to stakeholders, and engage effectively with team members. Maturity and professionalism are crucial.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Experience working with data teams, technology experts, and other business units to create data products that serve diverse organizational needs.
- ** Team Leadership Ability**: Experience in managing or mentoring a small team, with a hands-on approach to achieving team goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
