Senior Studio Manager

**Role**: Senior Studio Manager

**Location**:Paris, France (3 days at the client office and 2 days remote)

**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Studio Manager will be responsible for the lead and smooth running of the creative studio (processes, resourcing, budgeting, etc). The Studio Manager will be the client's key point of contact and will work hand in hand with the Creative leadership team.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Lead and ensure the smooth running of the studio.
- Be the client's key point of contact.
- Ensure the global communication between the client's teams, third parties and the leadership team.
- Supervise all on-going projects.
- Own the reporting feedback process back to the team
- Ensure the correct resourcing throughout the studio.
- Be responsible for tracking overburn and in that regards work hand in hand with the client on prioritising work through the studio
- Work proactively under your own initiative to stay on top of new industry trends and maintain the highest level of service for our clients.

**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- 7+ years of design industry and agency experience in a client facing capacity.
- Strong experience across strategy and content creative for international brands.
- Strong experience within the digital space (web, social media, CRM, eCom, etc).
- Experience and/or interest in the Pharmaceutical industry ideal but not mandatory.
- Fluent in both French and English.
