We are looking for a self-started Clinical Trial Assistant to lay the foundation for game-changing nanomedicine research to help millions of patients around the globe. Since our inception, our team has been committed to researching and developing disruptive nanomedicine approaches that could revolutionise the way many cancers are treated.

Nanobiotix designs and manufactures nanoparticles that safely enhance the efficacy of radiation therapy in the treatment of cancer. We believe that radiotherapy combined with NBTXR3 can become a new standard of care in cancer treatment.

Tasks

Using a problem-solving approach, the Clinical Trial Assistant will provide high-quality assistance supporting clinical trials according to applicable regulatory requirements and SOPs within budget and timelines and with quality.

Perform various job functions including but not limited to the following: tracking study-specific documents, i.e. regulatory documents, enrollment and site activation, sample tracking, TMF maintenance, etc., finance-related matters
- Assist in preparing materials for investigator and team meetings, study manuals etc.
- Contribute to the development of study-specific tools
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, develop presentation materials
- Other duties and assignments as requested for the overall performance of the function and Company.

**Requirements**:

- BS/BA in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred
- Possess a general understanding of clinical trial and drug development process, strong attention to detail, and meticulous follow-through
- Understanding of Finance principles and practices related to Purchase Orders, invoice review/approval/tracking
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, plan proactively, work independently and accomplish goals using well-defined instructions and procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Very good written and oral level of English.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines for a clinical study, such as, Good Clinical Practice, ICH, ISO, MDR guidances.
- Autonomous, has a good ability to adapt, is fluent in English and has an affinity for teamwork.
- Organized, rigorous, and flexible, with an analytical mind.
