About you and this role

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with technology experts to identify and share improvement opportunities, contributing to the development of a Plant Specific Technology Plan (PSTP) that drives return on capital and enhances EH&S performance.
- Leads and supports continuous improvement initiatives, including capital and non-capital projects, while actively participating in root cause investigations and process safety efforts.
- Drives performance monitoring by partnering with operations and maintenance teams to track key indicators, identify technology gaps, and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Acts as a key implementation partner for the technology center, participates in on-call support, and facilitates proactive risk management through exercises like the “next unplanned event.”

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or in Materials Science/Metallurgical Engineering.
