**About the role**:
North Star Network is looking to hire a **Head of Product** who will standardize practices and documentation across all Business Units while working closely with the Product Owners dedicated to each BU. This person will also oversee and prioritize global initiatives when necessary, ensuring a unified and strategic vision for all premium websites.

**As our Head of product, you will be responsible for**:
️ **Standardization and Alignment**
- Develop and implement standardized product management practices, including documentation, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks across all BUs.
- Ensure consistent methodologies and tools are used for planning and execution.

**️ Global Strategic Vision**
- Provide a global perspective on priorities by consolidating BU-specific needs and aligning them with the company’s overall objectives.
- Identify key global opportunities and risks to guide product development

**️ User-Centric Product Development**
- Build a deep understanding of the bettor’s behavior, needs, and expectations (e.g., live betting, odds comparison, statistics exploration).
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

**️ Support and Empower Product Owners**
- Coach and support Product Owners in prioritization, project scoping, and product delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among BUs to enhance efficiency and innovation.

**️ Cross-BU Collaboration**
- Foster communication between BUs to identify opportunities for collaboration and shared development (e.g., common technical solutions or features).

**Your profil should include**:

- **Product and team leadership expertise**_: _**proven experience in **digital product management**, ideally in the online media or content platform sector. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- **Industry Knowledge**_:_**in-depth understanding of the **sports betting ecosystem**, including key aspects like user acquisition, retention, betting behaviors, and regional regulations. Familiarity with various betting products, such as sports betting platforms
- **User and Data-Driven Focus**_: _**strong user-centric approach, with a focus on **data analysis** and **ROI-driven decision-making**. Experience with analytical tools to prioritize features and measure product performance effectively
- **Standardization and Prioritization Skills**_ : _**ability to create scalable frameworks and processes that balance global alignment with local flexibility.
- **Leadership and Communication**: excellent communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders, including business, technical, and marketing teams. Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on coaching and empowering team members.
