**YOUR ROLE?** Reporting to the Innovative Technolog**ies** R&D Manager, you will have the following missions and responsibilities**:
Reinforce and develop collaboration with industrial operational corporate teams, to ensure better understanding of technology transfer (scale up).
Be THE technical referent for equipment and good practices training and support for industrial R&D trials, to ensure better organisation and follow-up.

Main responsibilities
- Management of innovative and/or applied research projects, with priority given to topics related to the implementation of our products and/or extrusion
- Development of strong collaboration with « Aplicalis » stakeholders in subsidiaries, and animation of network
- Participation in the ramp-up promotion of the R&D extrusion workshop
- Gathering, and update of technical datas for Symrise Pet Food plants and pilots capabilities, in collaboration with plant managers, corporate operations and R&D teams
- Definition of product development risk analysis regarding production and scale-up capabilities. Gap analysis and recommandation for plant implementation
- Scale-up procedure development (in relation with corporate operations team and R&D)
- Follow-up and best scheduling of industrial trials requests. Reporting and action plan
- Follow-up and qualification procedure of new industrial equipment
- Risk and gap analysis regarding implementation of new technology
- Management of periodic report of industrial operations actuality to R&D, and consequently information of new process or technology exploration

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**
With an **Industrial background**, you have good process knowledge (**extrusion**) gained in the pet food/food industry. You have previous experience in plant production management (industrial organisation, planification, industrial KPI knowledge), and in **project management**. You speak fluent **English**.
