Within the Global Market Operations (GMO) department, you join the Trade Support Global Securities Financing team, which is based in the Natixis trading room.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing TRS booking (Total Return Swaps), Adjustment, Unwind, Early Unwind, Maturity, Roll, etc.;
- Manage TRS resets (pay-off, coupon, fixing, etc.) on Index and Bulk, as well as the valuations of TRS PEA ;
- Manage securities transactions (OST) (restriking) on TRS;
- Controlling the Hardblocking & Hire Act on AMC (asset management company) and TRS;
- Manage the lending-borrowing, Fixed Income and reference scope in FO systems (third party creation, setting fees, etc.);
- Assist traders in monitoring critical points related to position management (short positions tracking, missing events management);
- Participate in FO needs expression, develop internal tools to improve the FO to BO chain and be a force for proposals with the hierarchy to optimize the process and reduce the number of manual interventions of Trade Support on instruments.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us
With a degree in finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in front office support.

You are proficient:

- Equity products;
- Market activities and products, as well as the FO to BO processing chain;
- Sophis and ideally Summit;
- The usual office tools and ideally VBA.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Capable of evolving existing processes with a view to continuous improvement, security and reliability of our activities;
- Rigorous and with good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong proposition.

You master English with a C1 level.
