We are looking for an Interior Order Assistant to join our team from May to September.
This position is dedicated to handling orders for the INTERIOR departments of our Superyacht Clients.
Main responsibilities: Dealing with INTERIOR orders:
- Dealing with Client
- Processing Orders /Sourcing items.
- Creating and managing invoices
- Coordinating with logistics and sales teams.
**Profile**:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
- Proficient with IT tools
- Ability to handle a heavy workload, especially during high season (overtime to be expected)
- Team player with strong attention to detail, organization skills, and responsiveness
- A background or interest in one or more of the following topics is a plus:
- Premium Snacking Products
- Nutritional supplements
- Beverages / Cocktails
- Beauty and wellness products
