**About this opportunity**:
**Your work environment**:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to hire a **Quality Manager**, reporting to the Plant Manager, based in Custines (close to Nancy, France).
The plant operates 7/7, 24h/24h on a continuous shift system.
The role forms part of the plant Senior Leadership team and reports directly to the Plant Manager.
As leader of the Quality Team, your mission is to continuously improve all standards of the manufacturing processes.

**Your mission in Crown**

You lead and develop a team of people to support the organisation and its customers in ensuring only the highest standard of product quality and compliance. You are a key player in the site customer liaison and internal/external supplier relationships. You manage the Quality and Food Safety System and Standards (ISO9001 and FSSC). You drive Quality & Food Safety initiatives and reduction of cost of non-quality through the site continuous improvement process. You manage product specifications and changes and promote and identify internal training required to meet and improve site standards.
