**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for a **WCM and Quality Manager**

You will be based in Châteaubriant (France, 44)
Additional Materials Closures is the subsidiary of Tetra Pak which produces closures used for Tetra Pak packaging systems around the world. Additional Materials Closures has production plants in Seville (Spain), Sezzadio (Italy), Châteaubriant (France), Rayong (Thailand), and Mexicali (Mexico).
Tetra Pak Closures France SAS, a subsidiary of the group based in Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique, 44), is a company specializing in the manufacture and injection of plastic caps. The production runs 5
- 8, 7 days a week. A human-sized site of around 100 people produces more than 7 billion caps per year.

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Plant Director, and member of the management committee, your main mission is to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers through the quality of our products. You will be a major contributor in driving our factory towards our ambition of zero complaints and zero defects.

You will manage a team of 7 people.
You will travel about 5% of your time.
- Missions:
- Maintain and improve control plans to ensure respect of final product specifications and reduce waste and customer complaints
- Manage and resolve internal and external quality complaints, propose and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Lead the process of eradicating defects, constantly implementing the system of continuous quality improvement
- As part of the Continuous Improvement Steering Committee, participate in the implementation and promotion of the methodology at all levels
- Guarantee the culture of food safety in the factory
- Manage the plant's quality system and guarantee its compliance with current ISO-9001, BRC, and FDA standards
- Manage certification bodies and customer audits
- Advise/influence other departments of the plant to improve product and process quality
- Manage quality controllers working in teams and quality technicians
- Ensure the culture, activities, and implementation of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) are guaranteed

**We believe you have**:

- We are looking for a graduate engineer with 5 to 10 years of quality experience on a production site in the agro-food sector and 5 years of team management experience.
- Knowledge of the injection cap production process and the properties of packaging materials is a plus.
- We believe you have:
- Excellent level of French and fluent English (very frequent contacts in English)
- Lean Manufacturing (working knowledge of WCM is a plus)
- Specific knowledge of ISO 9001, FDA, and BRC standards
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to lead and implement change
