The ITO Quality Leader is supporting the GEOFW ITO team in the tendering process for all Quality Assurance and Quality Control matters. He/She contributes to the consolidation of the final bid price by defining the Customers Quality objectives and assessing the actions that are required to meet those objectives. He is a member of the Deal Support Team as defined in the Offshore ITO Process.

Il/Elle contribue à la consolidation de l’offre de prix finale par la prise en compte des demandes et attentes des clients et en analysant ce qu’elles impliquent. Il est membre de l’équipe commerciale tel que défini dans le processus d’appel d’offre.
- The ITO Quality Leader assists the ITO team in deploying a strong and continuously improved tendering process, based on lessons learned and a close monitoring of the voice of our customers.
- The ITO Quality Leader plan and organize tendering lessons learned meeting with OTR to continuously improve our tendering process.
- The ITO Quality Leader is also responsible to ensure that project lessons learned are, where relevant, captured into the tendering process.
- During the Tendering Process, the role of the ITO Quality Leader is to reassure and demonstrate to our clients that our organization has the management system and associated processes in place to consistently deliver the projects as per contract requirements and SQDC principles.
- The ITO Quality Leader identifies within tenders the client Quality Assurance and Quality expectations which are critical from a client point of view and share its operational implications in term of process and estimated costs to the ITO Team.
- The ITO Quality Leader provides his inputs to the ITO Team during the risk tollgate reviews.
- The ITO Quality Leader works in close cooperation with the compliance team to make sure that contract standards are clearly identified, and associated risks shared with the ITO Team.
- The ITO Quality Leader works in close cooperation with the Global GEOFW Quality Team to make sure Customers’ requirements are considered at all stages of the project phases, from Engineering, GSC, PMO and Services.
- The ITO Quality Leader plays an active role at the Hand Over stage, from ITO to OTR, to share with the project team, in a structured manner, the contractual quality expectations of the project.
- The ITO Quality Leader plays an active role in the preparation and roll-out of the Project Gate Reviews 02 to make sure that all necessary information is passed on to the project team.
- The ITO Quality Leader participates to the tollgates reviews to make sure Quality Assurance considerations are well captured within the tollgates reviews inputs and outputs.

- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre assiste l’équipe commerciale dans la mise en œuvre d’un processus commercial robuste et amélioré de façon continue, à partir du retour d’expérience et la voix du client.
- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre planifie et organise les réunions de retour d’expérience avec les équipes projets pour l’amélioration continue du processus commercial.
- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre doit s’assurer que les éléments constitutifs du retour d’expérience sont bien intégrés dans le processus commercial.
- Lors de la phase d’offre, le rôle du pilote qualité phase offre est d’assurer et de démontrer à nos clients que notre système de management et les processus qui y sont associés sont bien en place pour répondre aux exigences contractuelles et aux principes SQDC.
- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre identifie lors de la phase d’offre les attentes Qualité qui sont considérées critiques du point de vue du client et partage avec l’équipe commerciale leurs implications opérationnelles en termes de procédés opérationnels et de couts.
- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre contribue aux revues de risques projets.
- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe conformité pour s’assurer de la bonne identification des standards applicables et des risques associés.
- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe qualité offshore wind globale pour s’assurer que les attentes clients sont bien prises en compte par les projets, lors des phases études, achats, exécution et production.
- Le/La pilote qualité phase offre joue un rôle essentiel au moment du passage du dossier d’offre a l’équipe projet afin de s’assurer de la bonne prise en compte des attentes qualité.
