**Vos Missions**:
Rattaché à la responsable pilotage, Organisation et Méthodes, le/la chargé(e) de planification et cost control a la responsabilité d'assurer une planification globale des projets, internes, d'évolutions ou de maintien en condition opérationnelle du produit et des projets «clients». Dans ce cadre, il/elle s'assure de l'adéquation entre les charges prévues (dans le budget et/ou dans les chiffrages contractuels) et les capacités à faire de l'entreprise.

Le poste de chargé(e) de planification et cost control est un nouveau poste dont le contenu détaillé pourra évoluer en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.

Le poste s'articule autour de trois grandes missions:

- Mission de planification de la production
- Mission de contrôle et reporting
- Mission d'amélioration continue

**Votre profil**:

- Formation supérieure en école de commerce ou équivalent (niveau Bac+5), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en planification et/ou contrôle de gestion
- Connaissance en gestion de projet avec une composante informatique
- Connaissance des grands principes financiers (notamment coûts standards)
- Connaissance des principaux ERP marchés et de planification des ressources
- Rigueur, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, bon relationnel, force de proposition et aisance avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques (MS Office)

Une première expérience dans une ESN, chez un éditeur logiciel ou dans la supply chain serait un vrai plus
