**About the job**

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department, the Spa Reception and Membership Manager reports to the Spa Director and their assistant.

**As Spa Reception and Membership Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Supervise all front desk operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and elevated client and member journey from first contact to post-visit follow-up.
- Manage bookings, payments, membership subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the spa environment conveys calm, warmth, and professionalism.
- Oversee daily operations and team management at the reception, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Ensure proper organization of the front desk, including scheduling of services and accurate billing.
- Support spa management in daily operations and contribute to overall service excellence.

**As Spa Reception and Membership Manager we expect from you**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years experience as spa receptionnist in the upscale hospitality sector.
- Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
