Sephora Collection is the private label of Sephora. S+ is the legal entity managing Sephora Collection worldwide.

S+ is made up of 150 people distributed in different department including Sales, Marketing, Operations (Development, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain) and Finance.

When it comes to IT, S+ relies on both dedicated solutions (PIM, PLM, workflows,...) and on common systems shared with the Sephora EME: Infrastructure, SAP, BI & Data, Cybersecurity... You will report to S+ Global CFO and in dotted line to Sephora EME CIO.

- Partner with the different teams of S+ to define the IT roadmap to support the business development
- Build the S+ IT strategic plan
- Manage the IT department of S+: IT teams (internal & external), architecture and solution design, project management, run and support, budget, contracts....
- IT governance in relationship with the S+ Executive Board, the EME IT Leadership Team, Global and Regional ITs.
- Advocate S+ needs in the prioritization process of Sephora EME IT
- Identify and promote opportunities for synergies with the different Sephora regions and other LVMH Maisons
- ERP SAP MM/FI/CO
- PIM/PLM/MDM
- EPM (Anaplan)
- BI (Qlik Sense, Looker)

We would love to hear from you if you have _**
- 5 years of higher education (engineering school or equivalent)
- Technical skills in SAP, PLM and Office Suite
- IT experience in a consulting firm, Brands or retail with a strong private label
- At least 10 years of experience in IT program management (projects, maintenance, support) including 4 years in a management position with team supervision
- Experience in multi-solutions integration and international projects
- Experience in managing providers/suppliers
- Functional knowledge in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing
