As a Graduate EMEA IT, you will be able to join highly skilled EMEA IT team in Sophia Antipolis, and you will be involved in the help desk department with other technicians in our main French site in Sophia Antipolis.

**Mission**:
As part of the EMEA IT team, you will be working in the help desk department with other technicians in our main French site in Sophia Antipolis.

You will be participating in all the tasks linked with our company IT support for all EMEA region (~2500 employees).

Support will be done both locally and remotely.

It is also dedicated to company employees only (internal).

The job will consist in the following tasks:

- Reply to tickets and acknowledge people’s requests, analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, inform, escalate or dispatch the tickets to other teams whenever needed.
- Take calls, as we also have a dedicated hot line for our employees.
- Prepare workstations (desktop/laptop imaging and deployment).
- Help with the help desk processes, documentations, projects, website development, scripts.
- Report the activity to management
- Participate in site maintenances
- Communicate with the team through our corporate tools and channels.

Due to the variety of locations covered in EMEA region, English is the standard language for all communications (written, spoken).

The IT team is composed of a System team, Network team and we also have Voip specialists.

**Skills**:

- Good troubleshooting skills
- Customer oriented
- Good communication skills with end users.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (PowerShell/Active Directory/Windows 10/Office 365)
- Knowledge of Linux / Apple systems / Mobile interfaces (Android, iOS)
- Knowledge of Exchange environment
- Knowledge in System and Networking domains
- Familiar with imaging systems (MDT, FOG, others)
