- We offer internships in the front office department in France.

**MISSION**: Attending to customers at the reception, you will perform check-in / check-out tasks, answer phone calls, and assist customers in whatever they need. In addition, you will ensure that the customer experience is the best possible during their stay, maintaining brand standards at all times.

**What are we looking for?**
- Training in Tourism, Hotel Management or similar
- High level of English. Fluency in a second language (German or French) will be highly valued.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Customer orientation; Problem solving skills; Communication skills; Proactivity; Teamwork.
- Possibility of residence in the vacant province.
- Experience in the position will be highly valued.
