Job Purpose:
Optimize Retail business management in terms of time and budget. A mixed profile is required with skills in management control, commercial relations, vendors relations but also communication / training with / for internal TD SYNNEX teams (Marketing, Sales retail, collection). Responsible for the rebates & PTC payment to our partner from contract check to payment process & reporting: Observe the workload in various mailboxes (RMT resolver groups) and discuss any necessary measures with the sales team leader Contact person for vendor-related processes and holding appropriate trainings Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner Deputy Team Lead in absence Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments Take on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI's

**Responsibilities**:

- Contract management:

- Prelimary check,
- Submission for signature,
- Entering the budget into the tracking tool (Workey)
- Processing customer payment requests:

- Debit note / invoice registration into the tracking tool,
- Payment request to the vendor,
- Checks with BU Marketing,
- QC creation into ASM
- RMT creation
- Reconciliation with collection team
- Reporting / dashboard
- Weekly follow-up of customer deductions
- Overall follow-up of pending SOA, rebates, marketing operations with customers & vendors

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
