OverviewOperations Coordinator role at AlanWe are building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. We connect private, public, and direct-to-consumer care to create a member-centric healthcare experience and empower people to live healthier lives.ResponsibilitiesRun our Insurance or Health services processes — act as Ops Runners, handling day-to-day operations.Ensure day-to-day follow up and monitoring of operations.Flag risks and opportunities and participate in prioritization and initiatives.Operating our processes (e.g., invoicing, claims treatment, network of providers), support internal teams (live and via documentation).Contribute to definition and ownership of the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, and SLAs, and identify areas for improvement (internally or with service providers).Supervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participate in negotiations, and ensure business continuity.Perform controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needs (internal and external).Escalate feedback, help prioritize and support initiatives to improve processes and services.Implement continuous improvements to processes (~20–30% of the time) through automation, process auditing, external communications, or other initiatives.Experience & QualificationsThe scope is varied; we hire across backgrounds. For this opportunity, we aim to hire within the A2-B level range.
