The role of a SEO manager is a strategic position within our company. As an International SEO Manager, your role will be to ensure the creation of content for our e-commerce website focused on travel & insurance

This involves having a global vision and understanding the challenges of the world of travel and insurance The position is international since we already cover multiple languages (EN, FR, ES, PT, RU) and offer our services to 197 countries worldwide. Proficiency in English is essential and huge knowledge in SEO.

Key Activities:
**Defining a digital content strategy**
- Design a web editorial strategy based on SEO and marketing needs to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop netlinking strategies to bolster the website's notoriety.
- Identify opportunities to create new content and coordinate the production of high-quality content by effectively involving multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external, such as copywriters, designers and developers.
- Improve the site's technical performance by suggesting enhancements to our in-house developers, aligning with the defined technical roadmap.
- Conduct regular analyses of the website, including assessing the link profile, page performance in terms of SEO, and the evolution of conversion rates (CRO), alongside ongoing competitive benchmark analysis.
- Stay informed about major changes in search engine algorithms and key industry developments to adapt our SEO strategy accordingly and disseminate this knowledge across the company.
- Anticipate potential recruitment needs within the team, participate in recruitment efforts, and supervise the SEO team effectively.
- Adapt the overall company strategy to local strategies (content localization by country if necessary).

**Implementing content marketing actions**
- Produce content that highlights the company's services and oversee language service providers.
- Keep content up to date.

**Monitoring indicators, reporting, and PDCA**
- Monitor the editorial plan
- Measure and track content performance
- Propose improvements based on analysis.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English is necessary for content writing.**:

- Excellent writing and communication skills to deliver relevant and effective written or visual content.
- Significant creativity to bring new ideas and break new ground.
- Familiarity with various marketing techniques.
- Curiosity and an open mind to understand and grasp the latest market trends.
- A minimum of 5 years' successful experience in SEO and management, either within an agency or as an in-house SEO specialist.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMRUSH, Search Console, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity with various CMS - we use WordPress and framework (Svelte).
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Capacity to manage a team remotely

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent, Ideal profile 5 years of experience

Daytime work with remote

Location: Remote (7 onboarding days + 3 days/month on-site)
