The role of a content manager is a strategic position within our company. As an International Content Manager, your role will be to ensure the creation of content for our e-commerce website focused on travel & insurance

This involves having a global vision and understanding the challenges of the world of travel, insurance, SEO, social media, and, of course, content creation. The position is international since we already cover multiple languages (EN, FR, ES, PT, RU) and offer our services to 197 countries worldwide. Proficiency in English is essential, and a passion for languages is a must.

Key Activities:
**Defining a digital content strategy**
- Design a web editorial strategy based on SEO and marketing needs to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Adapt the overall company strategy to local strategies (content localization by country if necessary).
- Ensure the consistency of various communication channels.
- Ensure the proper positioning and alignment of content with the company's brand strategy.
- Develop e-influence and e-reputation strategies.
- Create the marketing communication strategy on social media.

**Implementing content marketing actions**
- Produce content that highlights the company's services and oversee language service providers.
- Keep content up to date.
- Optimize content production and reuse across multiple platforms while maintaining coherence and specificity for each (e.g., Blog Post ➝ Newsletter ➝ Social Media Post).
- Ensure that content writing aligns with other marketing actions, including SEO strategy (traffic management).

**Monitoring indicators, reporting, and PDCA**
- Measure and track content performance (organic traffic, open rate, click-through rate, engagement, etc.).
- Propose improvements based on analysis.

**Requirements**:

- **Being bilingual or fluent in English is necessary for content writing.**:

- Familiarity with various marketing techniques.
- Good knowledge of different web traffic analysis and SEO tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to deliver relevant and effective written or visual content.
- An affinity for design
- The ability to use and interact appropriately with each social network for precise reputation management.
- Curiosity and an open mind to understand and grasp the latest market trends.
- A particular affinity for new technologies and social media.
- Significant creativity to bring new ideas and break new ground.
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Capacity to manage a team remotely
