Based in our Sophia-Antipolis office, you will be joining our global IT team of approximately 20 members. As the IT Onboarding Success Specialist, you will be tasked with the hands-on aspects of bringing new employees into the organization. Your primary role will be to **ensure that new hires have all the necessary tools, access and information to start their jobs effectively**. This includes:
- Coordinating with new employees and their managers to confirm successful onboarding completion.
- Working with managers to ensure that onboarding process covers their team's needs.
- Processing orders and following up to make sure the person is fully onboarded.
- Identifying potential synergies and optimization opportunities for the software inventory and technical needs of teams.
- Recognizing gaps and proposing improvements for the onboarding process setup, documentations and awareness.

We're looking for a proactive, process-driven individual with a strong initiative and comfort working with IT topics to provide remote assistance to end-users. Our diverse user base requires high level of empathy, patience and active listening skills to deliver the best possible support, tailored to each user's level of technological proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent work experience
- Analytical mindset with an attitude of pattern recognition and analysis
- General understanding of technical solutions and desire to learn more
- Basic experience of Windows deployment
- Previous customer service or helpdesk experience is a plus
- Experience with SharePoint (as an advanced user or administrator), or other document repositories within an enterprise context.
- Understanding of workflow automation solutions, such as Power Automate, Zapier, UIPath Robots or other low-code platforms
- Fluency in English is required. Another foreign language knowledge is a plus
Experience with the following is a plus:
- macOS
- Javascript
