Job Description

Contract Summary

She will be in charge of:

- General administrative support
- Create estimates / deal memos
- Update options in artist calendars
- Travel coordination
- Support in Accounting management (billing and wrapping jobs)
- Client facing - field incoming calls and requests appropriately
- Maintain executive's calendar
- Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, as well as a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize, maintain, and update electronic databases and paper files.
- Also calls for flexibility with work hours
- Liase with creative team for image request
- Follow up of negotiations between Agent and Talent
- Coordination of information between Talent/ Production / Client
- Iconographique research / portfolio creation
- Post Production follow up
- Follow up of the invoicing in CRM
- Photographic rights follow up
- Be aware and updated in fashion and luxury business
