Ashi Studio is seeking a
Studio Coordinator
to support the Creative Director and drive the daily operations of the design studio. This role combines creative support, production coordination, fittings preparation, and studio organization. It is ideal for someone passionate about haute couture, highly organized, and ready to grow in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Research & Moodboards

  • Conduct visual research on trends, silhouettes, materials, colors, and embroideries.
  • Develop moodboards that reflect the Creative Director's vision.
  • Organize reference materials and support internal presentations.

Client Meetings & Fittings

  • Assist during client appointments, preparing files, prototypes, samples, and visuals.
  • Support fittings and communicate all adjustments to relevant teams.
  • Lead fittings independently when required.

Technical & Studio Support

  • Support prototype preparation, embroidery readiness, and fabric handling.
  • Coordinate closely with the atelier to ensure accurate execution of the Creative Director's direction.

Production & Material Coordination

  • Manage the shipment of materials (e.g., DHL), labeling, tracking, and inventory checks.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are complete, in good condition, and recorded.
  • Communicate any delivery issues promptly.

Supplier & Production Liaison

  • Liaise with specialized suppliers regarding fabrics, trims, accessories, and production needs.
  • Source materials, compare options, and verify quality and availability.
  • Track production schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Studio & Showroom Organization

  • Maintain a highly organized, functional, and visually aligned studio environment.
  • Prepare spaces for meetings, presentations, and creative reviews.
  • Receive, unpack, and distribute all incoming shipments efficiently.
