**Tes missions au quotidien**

**1. Production de contenus (photo & vidéo) - 50 %**
- Shooting photo & tournage vidéo : organiser et réaliser les prises de vue (studio ou terrain).
- Post-production : montage, retouche et finalisation pour les différents supports (réseaux sociaux, campagnes marketing, site web, etc.)

**2. Création graphique & motion design - 30 %**
- Motion design : animer nos contenus (titres, transitions, effets) pour plus d’impact.

**3. Conception, planification & veille (incluant coordination & brand identity) - 20 %**
- Planifier et concevoir : définir les concepts créatifs, établir un rétroplanning et anticiper les ressources (matériel, budget, délais).
- Garantir la cohérence visuelle et l’ADN GAYA dans toutes les réalisations.
- Suivre en permanence les nouveautés (outils, tendances visuelles, formats) pour renforcer la présence de GAYA.

**Tu es notre meilleur sprinteur si.**
- Tu disposes d’une expérience significative (3 ans minimum) en création de contenus (photo, vidéo, graphisme, montage, motion design) B2C.
- Tu maîtrises la suite Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), et idéalement Figma pour la conception collaborative.
- Tu possèdes une expérience avérée dans la production de contenus performants pour l’acquisition payante (Social Ads, Display, etc.).
- Tu sais gérer un projet de A à Z : de la conception (storyboard) à la livraison des assets finaux.
- Tu es à la fois créatif-ve et rigoureux-se (respect des délais, livrables de qualité).
- Tu communiques clairement et aimes collaborer avec les équipes internes.
- Tu es curieux-se, passionné-e par l’expérimentation et l’amélioration continue.

- Télétravail : possible 1 jour par semaine
- Salaire cible : 35K€ à 40K€ selon profil et expérience
- Début : ASAP

Rémunération : 30 000,00€ à 40 000,00€ par an
