We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, values-driven intern to join our Impact Investment Team. **_The Team_** - An international team (British, French, German, Italian, Polish ) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors - Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc. - Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary) **Requirements**: **_Your Role_** - Help inform sustainability-related decisions by conducting research on various topics - Collect and analyze ESG data on key sustainability-related topics directly from portfolio companies - Assist in the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio funds and companies - Support the robustness and quality of our internal Impact investment processes, and of our Sustainability Reporting - Contribute to the development of our MedImpact methodology and database - Support the finalization of ArchiMed's carbon impact assessment - Support the deployment of an ESG strategy and sustainable initiatives within ArchiMed - Help improve awareness of impact investing within the firm - Assist in the preparation of communication materials on Impact investment at ArchiMed **_Aptitudes and Skills we look for_** - Curious, willingness to learn and adapt quickly - Analytical, ability to present synthetic results - Responsible and eager to take initiatives - Enthusiasm for the growing ESG, Sustainability & impact trends within the financial industry - Previous knowledge and/or experiences in responsible investment or in impact assessment/measurement preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English **Job Type**: Internship
