**About the Job**

The HRBP will support Boots BU HR Director in handling HR activities for Carquefou site (110 employees).

This generalist position includes various activities related to functional areas such as benefit administration, employee relations, unions relationship management, performance management, onboarding, HR policy implementation, etc.

The HRBP will be responsible to build an effective working relationship with staff at all levels, providing advice and direction on a range of HR policies and HR related issues, and ensuring effective communication.

**Missions and responsibilities**
- Supporting the HR Director in driving Carquefou’s operational talent management strategy and organizational efficiency _(Performance appraisal/career talks/ talent reviews/Development plans/Performance improvement plans/ etc.)_
- Participating to recruitment process _(Recruitment request/talent assessment/etc.)_
- Working closely with Group and BU HR team on implementing Group strategy and programs
- Assisting in salary review processes and other compensation & benefits projects for Carquefou’ s entity _(health insurance, variable salary, etc.)_
- Handling together with the HR Director CSE/CSSCT/unions negotiation preparation and meetings
- In charge of HR related audit management (ISO and IATF) with the HR Director support
- Referent to ensure General Data Protection Regulation respect on site
- Supporting internal communication and employer branding activities and tasks
- Responding to all employee inquiries promptly, with a focus on customer service, and a high level of confidentiality
- Seeking to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR Service provided to the business

University degree (Master 2) in Human Resources or Business school or IEP diploma with HR specialization

0-3 years in an HR Support role

Previous exposure to industry sector is a plus
