**What You'll Do**: Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the EMEA Enterprise Team as Client Lead with a dedicated focus on a key retailer. In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial partnerships supporting retailer’s media monetization strategy, ensuring long-term revenue growth This role operates within a "V Team > Client Lead" structure, meaning you will be responsible for a cross-functional team dedicated to this retailer, including sales, account strategists, and campaign manager. Together, you will drive a seamless, consultative approach to help the retailer expand and optimize their commerce media business. You are expected to lead and develop the strategy and execution for leading retailers to ensure the long-term success and revenue growth. This role is responsible for building new and deepening existing strategic relationships and is requiring strong analytical skills building business plans and zoning proposals. You will be responsible for driving growth to educate clients and foster new product adoption. In doing so, you will play a leadership role and interact with senior level decision-makers on the client side to define media strategies and leveraging all of Criteo’s Retail Media solutions. You will also own the revenue line for your portfolio and lead the engagement and on-boarding with your customers. You will be supported by a cross-functional team of technical managers, analysts and ad operations. Criteo a provides technology and commercial capabilities that enable retailers to generate trade, brand and agency revenues from partners who sell products within their store or online. Brands and sellers use sponsored products and display advertising (on-site) and a variety of off-site formats (display, video, CTV) to engage customers throughout their customer journey, with the purpose of increasing sales and creating loyalty to the retailer. “Commerce Media” connects retailers 1PD, commerce audiences and digital assets to ensure relevancy and the capability to provide personalized product promotions that are relevant to the shopper. - Be an inclusive, respectful and trustworthy business partner for your clients - Drive a positive and strong can-do attitude by setting and executing a clear vision and strategy for your retailers. Create a focus on the customer and build a broad knowledge of our technology, roadmap, commercial strategies, and retailer solutions. - Engage strategically with your clients and represent Criteo promoting an understanding of retail media and commerce media across the business unit to position the company as leaders in the space. - Functionally manage and align with the dedicated V Team, working closely with sales, account strategists, and a campaign manager to deliver a holistic, coordinated approach to the client. - Navigate retailers’ organization and have strategic conversations with stakeholders across varies teams (merchants, product, finance, ecommerce, etc.) - Forecast revenue opportunities and achieve quarterly revenue goals. - Focus on working closely with our technical and commercial teams to drive value and growth for the retailers in your portfolio. You will hold the strategic plan by retailer and will need to collaborate across the business to deliver on their goals and educating your clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive demand to action and grow existing business - Own, develop and present QBRs and yearly business plans that align with the clients technical and commercial roadmap - Ad hoc sales requests - Regular client interaction, including weekly in-person visits (Val de Marne) **Who You Are**: - Fluent in French and English with proven experience of working in an international environment - Proven track record as a Senior Account Manager or Client Lead within digital marketing, online advertising, or e-commerce - You have experience working with retailers and/or high-value, complex clients who expect a deep partnership that generates results. - Ability to think outside of the box and develop creative customer solutions - Team player with analytical mindset - Self-motivated team player with ability to take the initiative and uncover new revenue opportunities - Previous experience selling SaaS technologies or ad-tech solutions is a plus - Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders - A proven track record of being client centric - nurturing and growing a portfolio of clients and overachieving targets - Problem-solver, solution-finder, strategic-thinker **Who We Are**: Criteo is the global commerce media company that enables marketers and media owners to deliver richer consumer experiences and drive better commerce outcomes through its industry leading Commerce Media Platform.
