Trading & Capital Markets Data Scientist

Under the leadership of the Head of ETF Capital Market, you will work on four different areas: - ETF Capital Market (Listings, Market Surveillance, Trading Advisory). - Data Science (Improve the data analysis and exploitation across the High Touch Trading division). - Trading counterparties relationship management (Improve the data quality and exploitation on the trading activity/quality with the main AXA IM trading counterparties). Equities & ETF Market Structure (follow-up of the main structural changes in the industry including Regulation changes, Execution platform and Trading software innovation). **1. **ETF Capital Market**:ETF order management, managing the process of creation and redemption of units, answering PCF queries from brokers/AP, being a good coordinator between Market Makers, AP and AXA IM teams (PM & Trading), ensure market surveillance on AXA IM ETF (spreads, volumes), come along with clients on the ETF Trading Advisory. Strong relationship management with external key stakeholders (Market Makers, AP, Brokers, Stock Exchanges, data providers). **2. **Data Science**:Bring the data usage of the team (including the whole High Touch perimeter) to the next level with Trading automation for each asset class, understand and measure key performance metrics in execution. Data engineering by enhancing our data structure and queries. Optimize liquidity sourcing and counterparty onboarding strategies. **3. Trading counterparties relationship management**:Be key in the management of the counterparties review including the collection of feedback from all trading desks across asset classes, control and improvement of the trading data to generate custom reports with consistency. Develop the ability to manage/prioritize constant feedback from the brokers/banks. **4. Equities & ETF Market Structure**:Participate to the collective effort across the team to main meaningful Market Structure topics on Equities and ETF in order to be able to feed the Trading Heads on smart reports / impact pre-analysis including Regulatory changes, Market innovation but also competitors watch. **Votre Profil** **Experience** **- **Experience at a Buy-Side institution oriented toward Trading, Data and/or counterparties relationship. - Experience at a sell-side institution would be an advantage. - Experience on ETF would be a strong value added. **Knowledge and Skills** - Good knowledge on basics for ETF & Equities.
