**Your responsibilities**:
You will be working in the Consumer & Construction (C&C) Business Unit and and will report directly to the Financial Controller Global C&C and functionally to the
Industrial Director Global C&C. You will be a member of the Industrial leadership team of the Global Business Unit (GBU).

**Reporting / controlling**:

- Develop monthly reporting of the manufacturing costs and production volumes, ensuring results are analysed and variances to budget are understood and explained to the Industrial and GBU management teams
- Consolidate financial data and follow-up of capital expenditure
- Define timelines and manage processes to establish annual manufacturing costs and capex Budgets, ensuring coordination of the various regions and entities involved
- Review cost structures in the entities and ensure costs reported are consistent and that allocation keys between BU’s are reasonable

**Management / Procedures**:

- Coordinate industrial controlling activities for the GBU, working with Industrial controllers in different entities
- Ensure capital project authorisations are established and signed off
- Develop and manage processes to provide information on profitability by manufacturing site
- Establish site P&L accounts
- Develop reporting on manufacturing costs

Job located in Bostik Head Office in Colombes, with periodic travel for region / entity visits.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Degree level or equivalent (MBA, etc.)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling / Operations, preferably in the chemical industry

**Qualities required**:

- You have excellent interpersonal skills: you are able to work in a multi-cultural environment and to coordinate a network of international controllers
- You have analytical skills and are able to manage high volumes of complex data
- Strong IT skills (SAP, Excel...)
- Fluent in English
- The « + » ? you know about **production processes**
