**Mission Details**:
Arkema is looking for a financial Controller Europe for its Hydrogen Peroxide BU based at the Headquarters.

Located in Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine department (92), Arkema France's headquarters employs more than 800 people.
The facility houses the Group's functional divisions and most of its business units.
The 4.20 workshop, a design showroom entirely dedicated to our innovative solutions, was created to learn about and experiment with our chemistry:
Reporting hierarchically to the General Manager of the Hydrogen Peroxide and Derivatives BU Europe and functionally to the Global CFO of Hydrogen Peroxide and Derivatives, you will be able to provide sound financial information and accurate analysis to the General Manager Europe, the Product Managers and the global management of the Business Unit.
You will contribute to the growth and profitability of the company through economic assessments of the Business Unit's key projects.

You will be responsible for the financial control, reporting and consolidation of the European operations of the Business Unit of €250M of revenue and €30M of EBITDA, 7 profit centers and 3 plants (France and Germany).

ACTIVITIES
- Ensure regular and reliable monthly reports to the General Manager Europe and to the BU Global Financial director. Communicate and explain results (P&L, OWC, Capex ) within the B.U.
- Control of Hydrogen Peroxide & Derivatives European activities against objectives and Identify areas of improvements
- Secure the integrity of the financial procedures within the BU in Europe
- Elaborate monthly forecasts, annual budget and strategic 5 years plan
- Contribute to BU regional economic studies. Contribute to financial analysis in Capex projects
- Contribute to IT system evolution.

**Required Profile**:

- Degree from a business school or engineer school
- Mini 5 years working experience
- English speaking is a must
- Good Financial, economic and information systems Background
- Business orientation and ability to evolve within both industrial and business complexity
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Communication skills and willingness to interact « up and down » with all B.U functions and levels of management
- Ability for networking within Arkema Group and communication with Support Direction
