As an Operation Specialist at CO2 AI, you will provide crucial support across various departments (CEO, Investor relations, Marketing & Communication, Finance), optimize processes, manage data, facilitate communication, and coordinate projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience that goes beyond the ordinary.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)**
**“Chief of staff”**: orchestrate lively and productive full team meetings, rituals and events, to ensure clear communication of company-wide updates and tracking of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to enhance collaboration across departments.
**External communication**: support organization of key events; identify and prepare relevant speaking opportunities for CEO and other team members, elevate team members’ profiles on key networking platforms, and engage with industry groups to bolster visibility
**Investor Relations**: support Board meetings preparation and follow-up actions; prepare different forms of reporting to investors and animate our community of Business Angels (newsletter).
**Business Intelligence**: conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses, ranging from market and competitor analysis to financial-related insights and organizational benchmarks
**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
- Atleast 1 year experience including internships in the following fields: Investments (VC, PE, Banking), Consulting, Marketing & Communication, Operations in 2 different environments (Start-up, Corporate, Firms)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interests and passion for Strategy, sustainability & climate topics.
- Experience working with Notion and Google Workspace.
**WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED**
Role-based in central Paris (France), with the possibility of 2-3 days of remote work a week.
