**As a Corporate Development Principal Qonto, you will**:
- Lead and structure high-impact M&A transactions and partnerships
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across teams to align on strategic goals and execute transactions
- Drive the transaction process, from due diligence to closing and integration planning
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with senior executives effectively
