**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As an AI Tutor, your role will be to ensure exceptional data quality and integrity by performing final audits, validating received data, and promoting the continuous improvement of our annotation processes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform final audits before data delivery, ensuring quality and compliance;
- Verify the accuracy of responses and the relevance of annotators’ comments;
- Identify and correct inconsistencies for maximum precision;
- Draft and update instructions and FAQs for annotators to improve and optimize final data quality;
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data quality and model performance;
- Communicate effectively and provide feedback to team members across various functions;
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive and precise tasks.

**About You**
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least some experience in data annotation;
- You are proficient with computer tools and software such as Excel;
- You regularly use ChatGPT or a similar tool;
- Your rigor, focus, and attention to detail are widely recognized;
- You are capable of following procedures and work instructions independently;
- You are eager to learn a new, demanding profession that involves repetitive tasks;
- You are enthusiastic about joining a supportive, dynamic team and contributing to Kili’s growth ;
- You are native Chinese speaker
